Donations to Organized Business Council help fund our advocacy for economic growth policies. Donations may be used for political purposes such as supporting or opposing candidates. No funds will be earmarked or reserved for any political purpose.

Donations are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals or federal contractors may not contribute. All contributions are voluntary and you may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions made to the Org. Business Council PAC (OBCPAC) directly will be spent for OBCPAC activities and programs as the PAC determines within its sole discretion. Contributions made directly to the PAC will not be earmarked for any candidate.
